to many surgeries

I am 39 years old and have had three ankle surgeries including a fusion, and most recently The fusion was about six years ago. I am now gettig pain on the inside of my annkle and pain again on the outside of my ankle which shoots up the side of my leg.
I can also move my ankle quite far from the left to right which I shouldn’t be able to do because of the fusion. It also cracks quite loudly. I would like to know if it is possible for a fusion to fail over time and what could be done? Also I job where I am on my feet nine hours a day. Thank you

When you had the surgery, did your docotr advise you of any problems. such as a failed fusion? If so, why don’t you return to the docotr and have new X rays made and compare them to old ones?
Then I think you will make some progress toward answering your questions
