toe cramp in 2nd and 3rd toes
On occassion I get a cramp or spasm in the area on top of my foot at the base of my 2nd and 3rd toes and it makes my 3rd toe feel like it’s pointing up with a life of its own.
It very painful and goes away when massaging it, but generally comes back a few times over a few days before going dormant for a few weeks. Any ideas what this is and how I can prevent it?

I can’t be 100% sure without examining you, but the symptoms you posted are noted with a Morton’s neuroma. A visit to a podiatrist would be a good ideal for further evaluation and information.
