Toe cramping

My question – I excercise doing pilaties or Tae bo at least 3 to 4 times a week, everytime I point my toes for an excercise my second toe on my left leg cramps, it even travels up into my calf.
This is extremely painful and I have to stop and walk around. I can almost at anytime point my toes and make them cramp.
I first thought I might be dehydrated but I drink TONS of water each day and during my workouts.
Is it a vitamin I’m missing please respond.
