toe spasms

i have been having a sensation in the ball of my foot for the last two months, it feels like a part of a bone is unstable and always moves in and out of place.but within the last week my toes around the same area have started to spasm, specifically the 3, 4, and 5th toes. any suggestions as to what might be wrong? its not particularly painful, its just alarming. Without an examination, I am guessing. One possibility is a Morton’s neuroma. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation

DR ABRAMS I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY LARGE TOE HAVING SPASMS WHEN I STRECH DURING MY SLEEP CAUSING ABRUPT WAKING, IT CAN ALSO BE TRIGGERED WHEN AWAKE BY POINTING MY TOES FOWARD (AGAIN STRECHING) AND I CAN WATCH MY FIRST TOE CURL UP BEHIND MY SECOND TOE AND I WILL HAVE TO PHYSICALLY SEPERATE THEM AND STAND FLAT FOOTED FOR 15-30 MINUTES UNTIL IT PASSES. PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU SHAUN
