toebox and foot pain
I have severe pain under 2nd and 3rd toes. The toes burn and hurt.
If I pull on them it helps for awhile.
I have tried all sorts of pads and insoles. I need an athletlic tennis shoe with a larger wider toebox and can not seem to find shoes to fit and feel comfortable. Any help appreciated.

Try New Balance wide width all terrain running shoes. I broke the 4th and 5th metatarsals back in August and after a cast and a post-op shoe was able to wear these shoes immediately. They are very comfortable. Good luck!
