toeing out

I have high arched feet and I toe out quite a bit when I walk. I use orthotics and while they feel good in their cushioning they don’t really help the toeing out. I was born with this condition and am quite self-conscious.Are there any options out there?
Thank you.

Toeing out can be due to several different factors. The hips, legs or feet can be the cause. Orthotics can treat the problem in a younger patient, but it is not very likely to be able to change established gait, muscle and bone relationships in an adult. If the problem is muscle tightness, then perhaps a stretching /flexibility program could be helpful. A physical therapist might be a thought. Even yoga or Pilates might help with that.
