toeing “out” of a 20 month old

My 20 month old granddaugher started walking at fifteen months.
Her right foot toes out slightly, but her left foot toes out to aprox. a ten o’clock position. Will this most likely straightern itself out?

The short answer is maybe. Some children outgrow these delayed developmental phenomena and others do not. Most of the time we can not predict who will and who will not. There are many more questions I would need to ask before coming up with a better guess. The causes of out-toeing can be varied. At 15 months of age, that is the high end of the normal range with the average being 13 months.
