Top of foot and ankle HURTS and swollen no reason

As my title says, my foot hurts terribly when sitting stading waking or anything else, and its become swollen across the top of my foot (where the foot and leg come together) and across my left/inside ankle (right leg).
Anyone else ever have this?
I haven’t twisted it or had any other trauma that im aware of.

:Hey, I have had a foot promblem that nobody could figure out even the three top foot doctor in the country and I have 5 surgeries so I know about pain ful feet. Anyway there is a nerve that comes down from the outside of your shin, down to right after you bend it and to the inside. I think that nerve is your problem or you have a compression there. I know that because that nerve was a problem for me. Anyway that could be serious so you should get it checked out. even if you don’t belive me you should go to a doctor anyway. I didn’t do anything to my foot either so please go to a doctor! I wish you well!
