Top of Foot Pain.
I recently stepped down onto a caster of a bed. When I did my foot twisted and made a loud popping noise. The top of my foot is very painful. Walking can be tricky as sometimes if I step on it the wrong way it is very painful. It’s a little puffy on the very top and there is a small bulge by the bone at the top of my foot. Any suggestions..??

I suggest you have your foot examined and X-rayed. I am not sure if you have a fracture or some other soft tissue injury. The best way to find out is to have it looked at.
