I tore my achilles (right foot) two years ago. No surgery and now I am in pain with my left foot (top, toes and ankle with extreme swelling. Some days I can hardly walk. Is this due to favoring the right foot? And if so what can I do
I can not tell for sure. You might also have a stress fracture. What to do? As frustrating as my mantra is- “to see is know not to see is to guess,” it is true- There is much knowledge gained by observation and touch that is certainly not available on the internet.
