: Hello,Back on Dec.24,2016 I fell of of a ladder at about 7 feet and severly brused the tendens on the inside of my right knee then back on Feb.08,2017 I jumped a fence and slightly tore the tendens on the inside of my right knee and I was wondering what kind of self rehab stuff I should be doing exactly. The doctor that I saw said that I would not need surgery, but what kind of rehab is needed.
