Torn Calf Ligaments

Hi,I have played Badminton for many years and at the end of the Badminton season i tore my calf ligament. It is now repared but i want to know what is the best exercise to strengthen it before the next badminton season because the hospital couldn’t tell me what exercises to do.

  1. i FEAR I HAVE TORN A CALF LIGAMENT. IT WAS AN INOCOUIOUS PULLING ON A SUITCASE BUT THE PAIN PERSIS.IT IS DEEP INTO THE BACK MIDDLE OF MY RIGHT CALF. 1 AND 1 HALF WEEKS LATER I AM STILL IN PAIN WHAT IS MY NEXT DIAGNOSTIC STEP?

  2. I have torn ligaments in my calf playing tennis. It has been a month now and I am still limping. I have had an MRI that confirms this diagnosis. I am travelling and wish to know what exercises I can to aleviate the pain. Also ice or heat? Is elevation good?
