Torn calf muscle

I pulled my gastrocnemius muscle recently and have been recovering for about 8 weeks now. I play basketball and really want to get back on the court!! But in practice I can’t even run, only walk and jog, and am unable to push off my leg that is injured. Any advice I should take to get back on the court as soon as possible. And when do you think I’ll be able to be 98%? when I do recover, should I think about wearing a tensor around my calf? thanks

    I think I tore my calf muscel, I say I think because I can’t walk at all and is very sore, how should I recover and how long will it take to play basketball again.
