Torn rotator Cuff

I am searching for and ice pack, much like the Shoulder Cryo/Cuff by AirCast, but one that will cover the shoulder and arm down to the wrist. My employer has the tron rotator cuff and wants to use it during and after he does therapy, buts wants it to cover the entire arm. Do you know of any ice pack that will accomplish this?
