torn rotator cuff


in january i fell off a snowboard and injured my shoulder. it’s the last day of march and it’s not any better! the doctor said i needed physical therapy but….isn’t there weight exercises i can do on my own?? help! i haven’t slept well since before the injury =(


  1. i am not sure if i have a torn rotator cuff. i fell and tried to reach my arm out and it was stuck on the bed as i went down. i have been in severe pain since i fell. the drs noticed in the x-ray that there was a separation at the top of the shoulder but it was not dislocated. they have not done a mri and want me to go to physical therapy. i am in too much pain. what should i has been two weeks of horrendous pain.
