Hey, I hope you can help. I am 14 years old and playing football and I have chin splints so bad on my right leg I can hardly walk. Is there a quick fix for chin splints?THANKS Josh
It’s shin splints, not chin splints. You need to rest first of all. Then you should have someone like a PT or foot doctor look at your feet and see if you need some sort of orthotics to improve the position of your foot. Good luck.
