Tumb and Finger Pain

I am a computer professional.
I am living with pain on all the fingers on both the hands. Especailly with my thumb and index finger. I took x-rays doctors say no problem.Some doctors say it is RSI(Repetative strain injury) and not Capal tunnel Syndrome.Is there any treatment? The pain occurs when I use my compter and when I bend the fingers down.
I can bend my fingers to crack that sound with my fingers. I can’t squeeze the lemon to extract juice. I need help.
Whom should I consult and what threatment should I take.
