Turf Toe
What can be done for a stubbed toe that was bent downward during playing sports — I believe this is comonally called turf toe.
It is very painful.
Is there a particular therapy or a brace that can aleviate the chance of further injury?

Sometimes a rigid plate is put in the shoe. There is also a strapping that can be used for turf toe. Most podiatrist who treat athletes should be able to help
