Turf Toe, question
Hi I just discovered that I have turf toe, this begin since almost 9 months ago. I have seen 8 doctors so far, and the last one recommended me surgery. There is nothing shown on Ray X either resonance.
I can’t walk normally, I can’t use high shouls either walk barefoot. Do you suggest surgery?

Have you seen a Podiatrist yet? If not, I would suggest that you try to make an appointment with one. Tell him that you don’t want surgery until you have tried some PT first. There are some Podiatrists who have been having success with using a special “sound waves” device for inflammation. You might want to check into that as well. Let us know how you make out, and good luck!
