Ulnar Nerve Entrapment

I have been diagnosed with Ulnar Nerve Entrapment in my left elbow. I am waiting to be scheduled for an NCT/EMG. Is there any type of an elbow brace to wear to restrict movement of the elbow. My neurologist didn’t mention anything except keep a pillow under it when sitting. I am left handed and work in an office, I find myself always bending it to far.Any help would be appreciated.
