what is the best insoles to fight against under pronation.
I’ve had this problem for years.. It runs in my family and I would like to be able to transfer it to different shoes when the need arises…
I would need to see your feet to determine what would be the best recommendation for you. Sometimes pre fabs will work, other times a custom orthotic is indicated.You probably should see a podiatrist for an evaluation because in the long run it might save you time money and aggravation.
