Upper Back popping – help!!

(3 discussions)

Hi! I have a quick question. I am a college student and this semester I have been under a lot of stress. I have always had bad posture, but I noticed something strange lately. If I push my shoulders back from being forward in their normal position, I can feel and hear my bones moving around in my upper back/shoulder area. It doesn’t hurt, but just makes this really gross…almost like popping sound, and it is very consistent. This is something that I didn’t notice until about 2 months ago, and I’m not sure if I should be concerned or if I should see a doctor about it.Please let me know, I’d greatly appreciate it!

yes it is very bad for your back. if you were doing it to someone else you could parilize them. So don’t do it to your self or someone else!!
