I have high arches and walk on the outward sides of my feet.
I walk 5 to 7 miles a week and I wear out my shoes within a couple months.
Can you recommend a good walking shoe for me?

This could be a circulation problem, but the cause might have several different roots. Without a thorough work up I can speculate, but that will not help you. You might start with a podiatrist and then possibly end up with a vascular specialist or rheumatologist.
