What can happen if a stress fracture was not treated?
A few months ago I had a doctor diaganose me with a stress fracture of my 5th met.
Yet because of insurance that same doctor was unable to treat me.
I never did get it treated properly due to the ammount of time it took to get an appointment made.
The question is that I am getting some of those same pains back in the exact same area.
What are some concerns that I may have due to it not being treated originally?
Will I get another fracture and if I do what will the treatment be?
Could it be a cast and crutches?

If you are having pain, then you should have this x-rayed and go from there. I can not even guess as to the extent if any of your problem without seeing it.
