My son, 15, is playing high school baseball this year and was told to get a shoulder brace that holds hot/cold therapies.
What brand and company should I get it from? There are so many to choose from.
I have had 3 shoulder surgeries (all on the same shoulder) and have used a variety of braces. I got the best relief from a cryo-cuff, which pumps ice water from a small cooler around a sleeve you place over the shoulder. During the day or when I am playing sports, I use a neoprene shoulder brace I found at Dan’s Comp (a BMX reatiler). This combination helps quite a bit with pain and stability issues.
