Wrist still is sore almost 2 years after break

On May 17th, 2011, I took a nasty fall.
I jumped up for an ally oop off one foot and caught the ball with 2 hands.
I missed the dunk and hung on the rim for a second, my right hand then slipped… I broke my fall with my hand.
My wrist was shattered in the joint space.
I had to get an internal fixation, 7 pins total.
Right now, I’d say my wrist is killing my basketball game.
My hand grip is poor, my shot is missing its stregnth because I have no flick in the wrist. After about 4 games, my wrist is sore.
Is there anything I can do to improve my wrist flexibilty, wrist strenth or grip?
