3yr old upper back or neck

my 3 yr old over the last 3 weeks has had cracking noises when shes leaning forward. I think it’s from her upper back. Could be neck. She is usually just playing around, nothing crazy. It happens throughout the day. Is this a cause for concern? My husband thinks, it maybe how she sleeps…..
