9 mos. broken toe – massage?
I broke my big toe 9 months ago playing soccer. Xrays showed no fragments or irregularities. I’ve tried intermittent splinting, followed by physical activity, which eventually leads to more soreness & swelling. I still can’t flex it much. What is going on inside there? Is it ligaments that are sore? Can I try massaging the toe to loosen things up? Thanks
