ACHILLES PROBLEMS
ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE A SHARP PAIN IN MY ACHILLES, ON THE LEVEL OF THE ANKLE JOINT. FIRST IT WAS THE RIGHT ONE, SO I BIKED FOR A WEEK THEN STARTED RUNNING AGAIN. NOW BOTH HAVE THE PAI NO MATTER HOT WELL I WARM UP AND STRETCH THEM. I DIDN’T MADE ANY DRASTIC TRAINING CHANGES BEFORE THIS, BUT IT MAY BE MY SHOES. WHEN I GET A NEW PAIR, WILL HEEL CUPS HELP? DOES THIS SOUND LIKE ANY SERIOUS INJURY?
