achilles tendonitus
i’ve had achilles tendonitus for 7months now, I think which was caused by poorly fitting ostotics. I had a cortizone injection and although still tender is getting better. iwas wondering how long it might be before I can start running training as I have done none since feb. I was hoping to run national trials this year but thats gone out the window.
