i am a real athletic person however, 3 months ago I was throwing football when I felt a sharp, crippling pain in in my heel and lower leg.
i bought an ankle brace and continue to play my favorite sport, basketball, but the pain continued to get worse.
two weeks after the intial incident, I stopped playing and decided it was best to rest my achilles.
i can walk fine.
When I raise do a calf raise…the pain will soon arrive again.
