i tore my ACL 10 months ago and had it surgically repaired.
I went to 9 PT sessions which were just based on regaining ROM.
I’m an avid soccer player and I want to get back in the game but I don’t know where to start. My uninvolved quad is about 4 times stronger that the involved one.
I want to get back but don’t know what excersises I should or should not be doingthanksemily

    hello, I injured received surgery on my acl 6 months ago, I still can’t jump, is this normal?

    I tore my acl in football last year and iam 9 1/2 months out of my surgery and my quad isn’t as big as the other one but I it feels fine and it doesn’t swell or anything after I lift weights or after football practice. I feel that my knee is back to the point where I can play football but my parents want that muscle all the way back. Do you think it would be safe to come back and play? thanks

    hello, I tore my ACL and both miniscuses while playing soccer. It has been about 6 months since my surgery and I am back playing in our teams soccer games. Often after a game my knee is very sore and I have had to get it drained twice. Am I trying to come back too soon? Or is this a typical recovery for an athlete?
