I have aching from my heel and throbing all the way up my leg. The front of my leg at the bottom has went completely numb and theier is constant tingling in my foot. I have had two lots of really strong painkillers and anti-infkamitory drugs which haven’t helped at all.

I am sorry you are in pain, but I really can’t tell you much unless I examined you. If you have not seen a specialist, I recommend you do so.
