Ankle and foot problems
from the time I was a child I had ankle pains I use to walk a little unbalanced and my ankles would hurt so bad that I would sometimes fall. After 18 years it has improved a bit but my right foot is a half size smaller than the left one and it has a high arch. my whole right leg it smaller than the left leg. I don’t know what to do should I see a podiatrist

Certanly a podiatrist is someone to see. There could be other causes of the problem such as neurological and then a neurologist would be appropriate.
