Ankle in cast
My ankle was in a cast for 9 months due to a compond fracture of the tib fib. I have been to theripy and I am still having severe pain in the ankle joint and have limited movement in the joint. What do you call this when a joint has been in mobil for an extended period of time.\? What is the down side?

After having this surgery is it possible to return to work right away and does the surgery usually require being casted. I stand pretty much all day and walk quiet alot in my job. Thank you Shea
