: I have undergone an Arthoscopic Debridement (Anterior) in my R ankle in June 04. Doctor had diagnised the ailment as arthritis (footballer’s ankle)in the anterior of my ankle. I am a football player aged 43. I have also completed the physiotherapy treatment as adviced by my Doctor namely Theradand exercise, wobble board and wax therapy.Still I am finding it difficult to even jog for a little while.Normal walking is no problem. Please advice me for the same. Thanks to you.
