Ankle makes popping sound while jogging.
Hi.
I broke my growth plate when I was a kid. When the cast was removed, I noticed that my ankle made a popping sound while walking. I’m now 28 yrs. old, and the popping sound is has become a frequent event. It’s especially bothersome while jogging. Why is this, and what can I do to help the problem?

Jason, My ankle to pops while I’m running. I talked to the doctor about it, and she said that there’s a bubble that snaps whenever you move your ankle that way. I’m not sure if your ankle hurts when you running and it pops, but mine does not. I hope that helped you out.
