ankle orif after surgery
My 16 yr old cheerleader broke her ankle at cheer camp, 4screws and plate on tib side 2screws and plate on fib.
How soon after surgery should she start therapy, are there any stretches she can or should do other than wiggeling her toes?

Your daughters surgeon is the one that will clear her to start therapy. Follow your doctors instructions or your daughter will not heal properly. Just be patient.
