i have a ruptured ligament in my ankle and I have either achilles tendonitis or an inflammed tendon next to the achilles. I am wondering if there is anything you can recommend doing to help heal or rememdy both problems. I am currently in mid season on a basketball team and am not prepared to take an extended rest. thank you

Without seeing it, I can’t say for sure. One possibility is a ganglion cyst. You should see a podiatrist for further evaluation
