Ankle pain

I’m trying to figure out what to do.
About a month ago my ankle on the inside right under that bone that sticks out started hurting me.
The pain was very minor and I was able to still walk on it, after time the pain slowly got worse.
Now it’s too the point where if I walk off a curb or run the pain is throbbing.
I can put weight on it sort of, and it’s not swollen or bruised, but the point right above my heel on the back of my foot is now numb, and the pain now shoots up from that point into my leg if I do alot of walking.
I’m not sure what this is, but I was hoping someone knew. I tried icing, and heat, and eleactic brace.neither “seem” to help. It hurts to rotate or flex my foot upward.

Without examining you, I can not say for certain. Possibilities include posterior tibial tendonitis, tarsal tunnel syndrome. You should see a podiatrist for an evaluation.
