Ankylosing Spondylitis

Hi there, I have AS and am often in quite considerable pain. Does anyone out there have the same problem or know of anyone who does. If you do, can you suggest of how I can eliviate the pain, other than pain killers, regular exercises and stretching. How can I get comfortable when the pain is bad…… Please help me.
