Anybody living with Lis-franc instability?
A couple of years ago I had the problem develop. My diagnosis was very late and the NHS consultant offered me orthotics or fusion surgery. I’m using orthotic arch supports with a tilting wedge on the right heel. I have learned to live with the limitations and the discomfort but would like to know more about the condition.
I am told I’m young for someone with this problem at 34 and want any help I can get to make the most of my sporting life without ruining the use I have left in my foot.
Can anyone help or guide me to somwhere I can get help.
