Arch Supports for Narrow Feet

Yo, Doc — I’ve been using Spenco 3/4 length supports with comfortable results, but they de-form my narrow shoes.
I’ve recently purchased new dress shoes (10-narrow wing tips) and would like to avoid the de-forming thing.
Wondering if y’all have supports which work well in narrow shoes.
Another approach I’ve tried are some felt inserts which “stick” to the insole–I’ve used those with good results in loafers.
Would appreciate your advice!
