For the past several months, I have been experiencing pain in my lower back. I wake up stiff, sometimes to the point of being unable to roll out of bed. sometimes the pain is all around my waist area; if I take a deep breath, I feel pain not only in my lower back, but also in my sides, and stomach. if I were old, I would attribute this to my age, but I am only 24 and in good health. I plan to go see a doctor or chiropractor soon, but I am living in japan at the moment and forsee a major language barrier ifi were to visit a doctor here. any advice, help, or forwarded information would be greatly appreciated.
