Athlete’s foot, or something else?
I have red, blistering sores that have made a large ring around my middle toes on both feet. It gives me an extreme itching sensation, and doesn’t seem to go away. I have had this condition for almost 2 months now. I started taking an antifungal ointment (melaleuca tea tree oil) to help speed up the healing. I’ve seen pictures of athletes foot and I’m not sure if that’s what it is. I don’t go into wet locker rooms or places and always have my feet dry before I put on my shoes. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s a fungus or something else. Any ideas?

Without seeing this I can't tell. There are numerous possible diagnoses. If it was a fungus, it would likely have spread to other areas. I recommend you see a podiatrist or dermatologist for an examination.
