Eric, not only is having a non-professional manipulate your spine a bad idea, it is considered a crime (impersonating a physician) in some states. It is far too easy to do permanent damage if your ‘friends’ don’t know what they are doing, and could be as extreme as paralysis.Regular visits to a chiropractor for spinal manipulation is basically inexpensive, especially since chiropractic medicine has shown to reduce the risk of other medical problems, such as sinusitis, ulcers, even the common cold. With correct and regular manipulations by a licensed chiropractor, visits to your M.D. will be reduced as well, saving you and your insurance carrier money. Moreover, some health insurance carriers now recognize and cover chiropractic medicine as a viable measure to lower health costs. To have anyone walk on your back is probably the WORSE thing anyone can to/for you, regardless of how much they way. PLEASE, stop that practice immediately and call a reputable chiroprator in your area….NOW!

Spoken like a chiropractic commercial. What? No free coupon? The common cold my but. Bone manipulation has nothing to do with infection.
