Back issues in general

I’m 18 years old and female, with no real health problems and no history of back issues in my family. When I was younger Doctors thought that I had scoliosis, but after seeing two specialists it turned out that I don’t have it. I’ve wanted to see a chiropractor for some time now, but just can’t seem to make it to one. I have a lot of discomfort in my lower back, mainly my lumbar vertebrae. Whether I sit up completely straight or hung over like an old lady, I have to constantly shift or I have pain. I also have problems with my left collar bone, and sitting up straight. If I straighten out my back and sit up straight my collar bone makes a small popping noise, as if it’s snapping into place or something. It can be felt, and herd. I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to fix theses issues, cause they plague me all day long. I don’t want look like a hunch back when I get old, haha, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
