Had acl surgery almost 3 years ago. Today, I landed flat off a jump & the back of my knee really hurts. Could I have loosened my acl?

Thanks for the reply. The stress fracture is in my right leg & my left leg is the one with the sore knee. Usaully, I put up with the pain in my knee…doctor just thinks there’s tissue buildup. But, now the back of my knee hurts, so I’m taking a little break from snowboarding, until it feels better.

perhaps leg is weak because of the stress fracture you mentioned earlier.
