Bad Ankle Sprain
During my high school track season last year I sprained my ankle really bad. After the sprain I missed the middle part of season due to rehab with the schools athletic trainer. However it has been about six months since I was injured and I can still tell that there is a little amount of swelling left. I can sprint now, however I would like to know if there is a way that i can make this go away. Also I am now about to start my first year of college track in about two months, and I would also like to know if this is going to affect my times any. I run sprints if that helps.
