Bad Posture from Sitting on a Wallet

What are the effects on a person’s back from sitting for extended periods of time on a wallet?
If an individual sits at a desk all day with a wallet or other item in his or her back pocket, can he/she develop back pain and/or a misalignment of the spinal column? Thanks,Drew Avril
